Terms of Service (public offer)

Seller: Individual entrepreneur (FOP) Shevchenko Yaroslav Tarasovych, trading as Heldig Lab, Kyiv, Ukraine. Contact: heldig.lab@pm.me.

1. Service

InkFit makes custom tattoo designs, an AI try-on and a printable stencil PDF from your description and optional photos, and delivers them as digital files on a private web page and by email. One order costs $29.99 in US dollars (USD), paid once. We do not sell or ship stencil kits, transfer paper, ink or any physical product. You may use the designs for personal use (get them tattooed, print them, share photos of your tattoo), not for resale, merchandise or other commercial use. The try-on is an AI approximation; real ink, placement, size and healing look different. Print the stencil at 100% and check its ruler before use; we recommend that a licensed tattoo artist applies the tattoo. We do not draw brand logos or trademarks, cartoon, film, game or comic characters, celebrities or any real person's face or likeness, hate symbols, sexual or nude content, or anything for or showing someone under 18, and we may refuse or refund any order that asks for them. A free preview is shown before you pay; the full result is unlocked after payment.

2. Price and payment

The price is shown before payment ($29.99, one-time, no subscription). Payment is processed by monobank (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). The order is accepted once payment succeeds.

3. Delivery

The result appears on your private order page, usually within a few minutes after payment, and we email you the link and the PDF.

4. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older. Upload only photos of your own body or images you have the right to use, and never photos of anyone under 18.

5. Refunds

Within 14 days of purchase you can ask for a full refund or, instead, one free redo (a new idea, a new photo or fixed lettering). If your result is not delivered within 24 hours or does not work, we fix it or refund you in full. Reply to the order email or write to heldig.lab@pm.me; refunds are made by hand by the seller (Heldig Lab) to the card you paid with, usually within 5 business days.

6. Acceptable use

Do not enter or upload anything illegal, hateful or sexual, or anything that infringes someone else's rights. We may refuse any order and refund it.

7. Liability

The service is provided as is. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence.
